Step right up for rocket surgery here!

I would have said "Call the ^&%ing authorities-I'll wait" I'm gonna want to see how it plays out :D

You might very well have been arrested. What makes you think cops have any life training?

I avoid fast food places. It reduces my stress for dealing with people who can't grasp simple concepts and lowers my weight and cholesterol at the same time. Knowing ahead of time that you're likely to be frustrated by someone and then voluntarily submitting to dealing with them is begging for it.

Nobody ever died for want of an Egg McMuffin.

Our local *** fast food restaurant started putting in touch screens and eliminating the order staff. With all the hullabaloo about the virus, our health dept. tested some of the screens. In one store they found fecal matter on the screen.

That cholesterol ain't that bad after all....

Let me start by saying there are some very good teachers but, keep in mind that most of the people who chose Education as their college major graduated in the lowest 25% of their high school class. After a few iterations, you have the dumbest people who went to college becoming the teachers of our current generation of students.
And, even idiots go to grad school and graduate with advanced degrees. They come out believing their idiotic graduate theses are valid and they get employed as school system administrators where they enact their "advanced" ideas. And we go downhill from there.

Of course there are a few bad people in every profession. In my area teachers are required to complete a masters degree, and in most cases i would debate that they were dumb in HS.

The problem is with the administrators, and they are not teachers they are politicians.

In past years I have often hired past science teachers who left the profession because they couldn't live on the low salary, or because they just got fed up with the bureaucracy. They were always the best and smartest employees, and the ones i could always count on.

I got the $2.00 bills from my wife who used to get them at the bank for the grandkids. I would take a few now and then just to humor myself at FF joints. A few of my other experiences were:

I can't take that because there is no place in my drawer for a $2.00 bill.
There is no button on my register for a $2.00 bill.
It's a Dollar menu, not a $2.00 menu.

If you want to put some fun in your day, put a few $2.00 bills in your pocket and see what happens!

You can also order Diet Water.
It is not to be found on the clerks menu screen.

What survey or poll did your "Education as their college major graduated in the lowest 25% of their high school class" come from?

Just based on what I’ve seen, I would have thought it would have been journalists, especially TV journalists, not teachers.

Amen, to that. My daughter decided when she was in Jr. High that she was going to be a teacher. She graduated top of her class in a rather large H.S. and graduated from OU in two and a half years with a 3.9 GPA. Physical ED was not her thing and cost her a 4.0 GPA.

She loved teaching until the last few years when it was decided that correcting students was no longer possible and you had no respect from students and most parents and no help the administration. She retired the first day possible and that was in between semesters.

My wife was going to be a teacher until she screwed up, quit college and married me. My grandson is a teacher. My wife's three brothers and their wife's were teachers. One of her sisters was a teacher. I had two aunts that were teachers and there was not a dumb *** among them. I also had three neices that were teachers. Two went back to school and became lawyers. At least they raised their income, maybe not how people viewed them.

During the depression there was many a month that the school board didn't have the money to pay the teachers. The bank in the little town advanced them part of their pay with no interest. It was and is, especially now, something that you want to do or you could not handle the ****.
