Sorry for the poor picture quality. I obtained a Streamlight this week and mounted it to my 4003 rail without realizing that it was missing a key for the rail slot. Three shots later, the light was on the ground and I was looking for a source for a S&W key. I ordered a key kit and decided to try my luck at making my own key while I waited for delivery. I cut a piece of mild steel into an "L" shape and drilled a hole through the key so that I could use the thumb screw that came with the light. I offset the upper leg of the "L" to fit the slot in the 4003's equipment rail. I unscrewed the thumb piece and slid the key into the rail slot. I tightened the screw into the side plate and 100 rounds later the light never moved.
