Yes, I was weak and did it again ... and submitted my Summer Savings rebate online on 7/10 and received this email today:

Dear Valued Smith & Wesson Customer,

Thank you for your recent purchase! This email will serve as confirmation that we have received your documents and we are processing your rebate.

We expect to process your rebate submission within 8-10 weeks. Instructions for checking the status of your rebate submission online:

1. Please allow 3-4 weeks processing time from date of submission before checking the status of your rebate submission online.

2. Visit www.rebateinquiryonline.com.

3. Enter only your zip code and last name in the search fields.

If you have any additional questions, please call the consumer rebate inquiry line at 1-866-963-7933 or the Smith & Wesson customer service department at 1-800-331-0852.

Today I received conformation of my summer savings rebate.
I submitted mine Sept 22 and got conformation today valid submission received
