There are so many qualities that make this a fantastic revolver.
First, it's a pre lock model 337-1 RB, J Frame
Second, a relatively small number were produced with great attention to detail.
Third, it's a 3", even fewer produced with a full length ejector rod
Fourth, it's an AirLite Ti, ultra light aluminum and titanium
Fifth, it has adjustable Hi Viz sights, pinned and removable
Sixth, it comes with the box and external lock, no papers
Seventh, it is a great investment
Eighth, it makes a fantastic daily carry or hiking/trail gun

Answers: It has been fired, it has not been cleaned, the box is a bit rough, finish is in great shape.
