Hi guys, sometimes easy, sometimes hard.. if I pull the cylinder on the opposite direction of the barrel it gets easy to open it. What can it be? Any suggestions on a fix?

so if you pull the cyl to the rear of the frame it opens easier?...is there too much cyl end shake? what is the barrel cyl gap? .....lead buildup excessive....after a total cleanup and function check, look for a good gunsmith....end shake shims are cheap and easy

Almost no space (maybe 1mm) between cylinder and barrel. No shake at all, I can post some pics if necessary :)
After total clean up problem persists

1 mm is huge! Do you mean 1 thou? (0.001") You might look for crud under the extractor. That's a common cause for hard opening.
About that much of opening, a A4 paper will remain mostly "stuck" on that gap.

A4 paper is 0.004"-0.005", so that's perfect for barrel-cylinder gap. A little end shake is necessary for the smooth rotation of the cylinder when the cylinder is closed. Ideal end shake is 0.001" and 0.004" is maximum.

Indeed, a combination of a loose ejector rod and a small bit of gunk under the “star” immobilized a 3-1/2” 27-2 for me once upon a time. Total disassembly of the cylinder, thorough cleaning of all components, and a tightening of the rod set things right again.

As already posted, there are several areas of concern all or any of which may be the issue. "Cramping" is a common issue to be corrected by trimming the yoke...if a complete disassembling of the cylinder does not alleviate the issue, you have 2 choices: return to Smith...find one of us old geezers who still have our armorers kit from Smith &Wesson revolver school
Good luck..a wonky revolver, especially if EDC is a pain in the tookas

Intermittent problems are the hardest to diagnose. Start with taking it apart and cleaning it. Sometimes the cylinder gas ring gets gunked up from carbon for one thing. Good luck.
