SW 929 Reload for ICORE?

I don't have a chrono at this time so I would like to get info on a load for my SW 929 9mm that I can start with to meet ICORE Power factor.

I see a lot of guys use 147gr bullets?
OAL?
So any help would be great.

I shoot production in Steel Challenge so shooting ICORE will be new for me. I use HP-38, SNS 115GR rd nose for my production gun.
