Recently I traded an antique firearm to a Pawn Shop for a 9MM Sigma. I love the Pistol, but I didn't get around to firing the gun before the short return period had expired. When I got to the range, the Weapon would not fire. I disassembled the Firearm to find that the Firing pin was broken. I made the trade with the understanding that I was receiving a working firearm. I really can't believe that they would not tell me that the firing pin was broken. Did they even know themselves?
The Short of it is: Nobody has the correct part for this. I ordered what I thought was the right Striker from MidwayUSA to find that the tip was the wrong shape. Mine is rectangular and the one I got was Cylindrical. I found a Pin that looks right at Brownell's, but it doesn't definitively state that it would fit my gun although it does hint at it. It's a bit expensive, but at this point i'm ready to get this weapon working again. The tip looks like it's the right shape too. Does anyone know if this will fit my handgun?
