T/C ENCORE--- BULLBERRY BARRELS

Posted a thread a bit back on 3 new Encore pistol barrels I had made at Bullberry Barrels. I attempted assembly and discovered the hinge pin hole on the barrels was a bit snug for my liking. A phone call revealed that it is common to encounter a slight variation depending on manufacture date. Well back to Utah for some fitting. Sent the frame and had a 2 1/2 lb trigger job done while it was there. Just got them back. Trigger excellent with a huge improvement. Lockup is bank vault tight. Hinge pin fit is excellent. Very happy.

The machining, fit, finish--hell everything about that gun is amazing. I have never even held one of these, much less fired one, but the pure quality jumps off the page.

Love the look of that short super fat bull bbl assembled on the frame. What part of the NE do you live? What are your plans for the 44 mag, deer hunting? Also looks like an under an inch at 50 yds bbl. Larry
