Had them on before, but along the back strap they started to peel. I ordered them over 4-6 months ago, and they replaced them! Just wanted to brag on them a bit. Great customer service.

I had the rubberized type..it peeled on the back strap (Shield9)...removed them and never looked back...maybe I should call...they felt great but as soon as I installed them I knew they would not last...IDK..............

The rubberized ones feel great on my shield. Even improved my shooting on my second outing as a result of better traction. Unfortunately, I don't see them as permanent with many rounds. Nice to know they took care of you though.

I use the "sand paper" style on my Shield and absolutely love the extra grip and feel. They are known for their great customer service. They do anything within reason to get ya taken care of.

Nice CS for sure.

Mine has started to peel and I don't even carry yet. It's not bad, but a small corner on the bottom of the grip started to lift. Maybe I'll shoot them an email to see what they say...

Great CS at Talon , I ordered the wrong textured grip , called them up and they reshipped the correct ones that day , added a postage paid envelope to send the wrong ones I ordered back ! I have them on my 9c and about to order them for my 45c .

I've had the rubber Talon grips on a pocket carry LC9 for over two years, and they are perfect, no pealing. I also have the rubber grips on my Shield, which I have been pocket carrying for 1 1/2 years, and the grip is perfect. I use plenty of extra alcohol and clean the grips very thoroughly, then I make sure the grip is completely dry. I apply the grips, press them on tightly, and medium heat them with a hair dryer, guessing about 150 degrees.

Installed my rubber set on my FS M&P tonight.

I followed the instructions carefully, using a micro fiber towel and a bottle of isopropyl, twice.

The fit was ok, I think I shaved a bit much at the back of the grip (I have the S) but it is ok.

Pretty happy with the result, pistol is now a lot more 'grippy'.

Will see how it works at the range soon.

If you want extra grip, I think stippling is the better way to go. It just seems like traction grips are just a short term fix

Love the sandpaper Talons! I prefer a stippled grip for carry and longevity, but you cannot beat the grip offered by Talon sandpaper. Especially if you plan on keeping the pistol for HD and range use only (i.e., not carrying).

Nice grips and the owner is a stand up guy when it comes to customer service
