Tapatalk app help

Im on Tapatalk for the forum but I'm trying to login to the collector site that I'm a member of, and I can't get past the login page because it's asking for a verification code that it says is generated somewhere on my mobile device but I can't find.

If you mean Google messages it's not there. That was where I expected it to go.
