I'm sure there are many M&P pistol aficionados on this forum who like to shoot and punch paper! I, and I'm certain many others would like to see some images/pictures of your results. My shooting leaves a lot to be desired. Some times I find it hard to hit the paper target itself, let alone the 9&10 ring! Most all of my shooting is at 7-10yds.
Thanks, martybee

Here's the paper from my BG and .45 on their first range visit. Surprised myself for their first outing because even after the better part of a year with them my groups can be much worse some days. Both are at a minimum of 10 yards. My accuracy with my 9 is about the same as the .45.

I'm sure i posted this one last summer as it was one of my best with my (PC) Shield. Don't remember exact distance but near all my shooting with that one is 6-8 yards.

My guess on the one that strayed, must have been thinking about lunch or something lol.

At 30 yards the day I brought my Shield 9 home. I practiced draw and shoot, one hand shooting, weak hand shooting, and smiling about how a box of 50 ran without a single glitch. Having fun and making noise.

Impressive! That looks like one of my Shield 9's recent 20-yard targets, and I have 5,000 rounds through mine. Good shooting!

My personal approach has always been...

If I can't hit the target, I need...

A bigger target.

Not with an M&P. But something a little older.

25 meters one handed. Competition targets, not training targets.

I like it! Especially the BG 380. That's my kind of shooting.

New shooters, or anybody for that matter need to search on YouTube for “aiming is useless”. I’m not a great shooter but I’ve improved the most with dry fire. Pull the trigger without moving the gun.

I usually erase mine but here are some I still have hanging around

Sig 2022 9mm 25 yards. Mine is on the bottom right and my friend's target is upper left. Picture looks bad, it was originally taken from 25 yards without zoom then I zoomed in on my phone and took a screen shot
