I recently acquired a set of new condition K-Frame target stocks. They have gold colored grip medallions, but no washers on the back. These are the first grips I've ever seen without the grip washers. The only markings on the back are the numbers 134. Are these even Smith & Wesson factory grips at all?

They are most likely genuine.
I have a number of pairs like that.
It was in the mid-1980s that S&W deleted the washers.

I have several pairs of these, that came off of L frame guns (686's), and they dont seem to fit on K frames for whatever reason.
