Neck and throat are the most painful (if you don't count penis and testicles)...bangers like to show how tuff they are by tatting their throats.

But I've seen good looking lady's that don't have a penis and or testicales,,well I assume not, that have a tattoo on their neck of a barbed wire fence. Kind of makes me wonder even more what's up with that? How could or would that turn on her man or what ever. Perched tongues is another story. Again, I don't really care but what is in their mind to make them do that for what reason and how would having done so help them?

Anyone else notice that those that can least afford the cost of living have the most tattoo's?

I happen to have a Japanese body suit with mostly traditional designs (koi fish, etc.) that covers me ankle to wrist, front and back, and I can afford the cost of living just fine. I also happen to have a MA in Education from a premier university, speak the King's English, and am a law abiding citizen. Additionally, I'm middle class, white collar employed , married with child and pets, and generally conservative in my political/social/religious views.

And I don't appreciate people judging me by the color of my skin.

PS: "Tattoos" is spelled "Tattoos" NOT "Tattoo's" ...

Tattoos are very personal things, at least to me. I have them on
my upper arms and right forearm. I don't get them to impress others
or to please anyone but myself. I suppose your neck and other areas
are just part of the "canvas" in some peoples way of thinking.
Why not ? If you are so inclined and can afford to pay the artist it is
your body. Some of my best friends have tattoos and some do not.
I will not judge someones character or integrity by whether or not
they choose to be tattooed.
