Terry Redlin has passed,,what an artist

He did lovely work. I love a lot of his wintertime paintings, especially the Christmas imagery. They evoke feelings of a better, more simple time.

As I read this notice Redlin's "Morning Retreat" is framed on the wall to my left and his "Welcome to Paradise" is framed on the wall above this computer. I never met the man, but he knew where and why I hunted and expressed it artistically in a way I could only admire. I am saddened, but know he has gone to the places in his art, some day we will meet and be friends.

That's sad to hear. I also have one of his prints, and it's one of my favorites. He had a rare talent.

I am sorry to hear that. I have a couple of original charcoal works by Terry that have hung proudly in my home for 20 years. A great artist.

RIP Terry Redlin.

I have had his "Quiet of the Evening" print above my TV since the early 90's. I many times daydreamed being in one of his prints. I really liked all his work!

I have a few of his prints also. He was a great talent.

Bought his "Morning Retreat" years ago at a DU event. That was the first of several that I have owned. He had a very distinctive style.
