The Chosen

My wife is a big fan of the Chosen, and has gone to Tx. and Utah for filming. She was even on screen for a few seconds during the filming in Texas.
She made her own costumes and did a beautiful job on them.
Here is one of the costumes she made.

I have really enjoyed the Chosen. It is done so excellently.

It is also fun to watch because so much of it is filmed in my stomping grounds just a few miles from where I sit. I once told my wife while watching it, "here is an odd and maybe blasphemous thought. Jesus is walking in our foot steps". The scene showing was filmed on a dirt road where we use to hunt jack rabbits.

I took this pic of Mount Nebo in Goshen Canyon not far from BYU's Goshen Studio where they do lots of the filming. There are lots of scenes that have been filmed in Goshen Canyon and the surrounding desert with all my familiar mountains, streams and Utah Lake in the background.
