Heres my 15-22. It started out OD green from Acadamy Sports, but I didnt really dig it, so.......I modified the stock grip by shaving the bump off, painted the handguard/quadrails, the fake buffer tube and the Picatinny rail on the upper satin black, added Magpul XTM rail covers on the sides and bottom and pieces of ladder covers on the top, added a CAA MGRIP
( awesome), and a Bushnell TRS-25 RDS on a .83 riser to absolute co-witness with the Magpul Gen 2 flips ups ( the real ones ) The white tacticrayon was already there but i did the yellow=safe /red=fire crayon trick. It's also pitbull approved
