The gun I never thought I'd own -- Winchester 97 Factory Riot

WOW, I guess we all have a soft spot for the old 1897 Riot, & or Trench Guns, but like a few others here, I just couldn't justify putting out all that cash for a collector piece. I literally got so desperate for one after watching the 'Wild Bunch' again, I ended up grabbing one of the Norinco '97 Trench Guns back in the early 1990's. No, it's definitely not an original Winchester, but it sure as heck looks like one, & shoots just like one too ! I picked up 2 of them, 1 Riot, & 1 Trench. I shot the Riot Gun frequently, & enjoyed it immensely, for I knew I wasn't hurting an irreplaceable collector piece. I ended up swapping the Riot for a Mossberg 930, which is also set up as a Trench Gun complete with bayonet lug. The '97 Trench Gun is still N.I.B. keeping my other 'safe queens' company.
