Me and the Mrs are right now looking at grocery ads to see who has meat on sale. Then we shall decide what is getting grilled and what is getting smoked. Thinking steaks for the grill and brisket for the smoker.
I did some babybacks tonight. An hour in the oven at 225 and then onto the grill for 45 minutes of mulberry smoke. The protection isn't a S&W but it's my newest gun and first 1911, so I'm pretty excited about it.
