thinking about an M&P10

Lately Ive been wanting an AR10 to deer hunt with. I built a 6.8 last year to use but find myself wanting a little more horsepower. Ive about narrowed it tto the M&P10 and the DPMS G2. I saw that Grabagun had the m&p10 for $999 back in January but jave since went back up. I would buy one in a heartbeat if I could find one at that price again. Mid 1200's is about as good as Ive found. Anyone know anywhere cheaper?

Sorry, that's been about the best price I've seen, outside of a DPMS. Everyone else starts at about the $1200 mark and goes up from there. When I got mine, they were selling for $1650, right along with a few Armalite models and some other brand. Everything on the "AR10" format is larger, so finding one that low is quite rare.

I was really glad to grt mine for $999. I just took the abuse from the wife and got it. They were on sale at a couple of places for that price but have since gone up. Fyi i am very pleased with mine,
