I received this tonight from an old friend here in Georgia - read it over several times, and it sure sums up my thoughts pretty well. I can't speak for the areas where you live, but here in the Atlanta area violent crime is increasing. Drug deals and drug use is probably at an all-time high.
I just can't understand it. We have laws to protect us from these problems. I suppose that they just don't seem to be working that well in my area.
