If you bought tickets through Ticketmaster between October 1999 and February 2013, you should have vouchers in your account, as a settlement for excess fees.

My account has vouchers for free tickets to a select list of shows.

I bought Ticketmaster, basketball tickets with my credit cards before. Does that count?

I can't say, but my voucher was because of tickets purchased for Broadway plays, so basketball probably counts toward vouchers.
The settlement was based on excessive fees charged, and not event specific. Log into your account on the internet, and look for the directory labeled vouchers.

I purchased many tickets through their phone number and kiosk they had in a store so I never had an online account. I really wouldn't want to pull CC statements for 14 years looking for codes. I had a box full of concert ticket stubs that I had collected over the decades but I think it got tossed in a move. My husband likes to throw out my "treasures"!
