Time to reintroduce the Model 63

I love my Model 63s! I have a no-dash and a 63-5 3”, along with a 650 with a 22LR cylinder. Of those, I shoot the 3” the most. I wish S&W would bring out a 3” non-shrouded barrel like the early 4” and 2” 63. Kicking myself for trading off my 2” 63. I also have the 317 and 43…. It’s a sickness.

I have a Model 63-4 with the 5" barrel in excellent condition that I'd be willing to part with. It is a 1990 gun. I am in Canada though, so you would have to find an FFL who was willing to handle the importation. There is no problem for me to ship it to the USA, and I'd like it to go to a good home. My wife no longer shoots as she is terminally ill, and I'm more a rifle guy. We are also selling her birth-year gun, a S&W Model of 1953 22/32 Target revolver in 22LR, pinned and recessed, with the 3-T's. Left the factory in 1956. It is in excellent+++ condition and is all matching #'s. Also comes with a set of period-correct S&W target stocks and 3 speed loaders.

Is your model 63 still available

So sorry that your wife is ill. I have been through the same terrible experience. There are no words...

If your 63 is still available, I'd be interested.

I have one. Well, it's really my wife's but she never shoots it. I got it for her in 1980 or 81. Still have the box. I was thinking of selling it when the prices started getting crazy but she wants me to hold onto it in case I need to teach the grandkids how to shoot.

I shot it a little way back when but preferred my Model 17. With the 17 now gone I realized it's my only .22 revolver. I have some crappy Winchester .22 ammo that won't run through anything else I have so I thought what the heck, let's try that 63 again. I find it small but I was also surprised at how well I shot it. Really surprised.

That's some crazy prices.....but it won't stop me from shooting mine. I have quite a bit of that Winchester stuff.
