Just picked a matte nickel "blemish" Tank Commander.

The finish looks perfect to me. Great price on these. Comes with a hard case, extra set of grips, bushing tool, brush and 2 mags.

Love my Colts, but this is fit and finished better.

When the 1911 Government Models by Tisas first came out, I bought one new in the box for $400. Put between 700-800 rounds thru it with no problems until I let a friend of mine talk me out of it. The fit and finish on the gun was amazing. I could not find a tool mark anywhere on the inside or outside of the gun. The slide to frame fit was very good and not too bad of a trigger. The new Stakeout Tisas that comes with both 9mm and Super .38 barrels and magazines and in what looks like electroless nickle finish looks pretty good. Might have to check one out when they become available. The Turks seem to have the gun building thing down!!

I own a couple of Turk Mausers. Their metalwork is fine, but their stock wood and fitting often leaves much to be desired. When I took the stock off one rifle it sprang into a curve like a longbow. Small wonder the gun shot patterns.
