TK moon clip tool question

Is the blue tool part of the TK moon clip loading tool the same, and the difference is that you need to purchase a different mandrel for different chamberings/guns? Also, is there a way to tell what the mandrel is? There is one for sale locally and I'd like to have one, but not sure what it fits, or how to tell. TIA.

Measure the diameter of the mandrel and contact TK.

I haven't verified the measurements, but the website lists what I assume is the diameter of each of their mandrels.

Yes. The tool is the same, just change the mandrels.
