Tracers

Anyone make their own handgun tracers? I'm toying with the idea but need a place to start.

Not a good idea on several levels. Unsafe for you to make, could start fires if they work.

I have read about the availability of little stickers that can be placed on bullet bases that glow on the way to the target - don't remember much else, but they are supposed to work.
