Hello, I recently picked these up from a fellow forum member, but then found another set that I'm using.
These grips have been nicely redone by someone along the way and have a satin finish to them that looks very nice. They appear to have a crack above one of the medallions that I have tried to show in the photos. There is no grip material missing. It looks like a "crack" as opposed to a piece of material that came off and was glued back on. I assume the crack led someone to strip the finish, seal the crack somehow and then refinish.
I shot with these grips installed and they were GREAT. The crack appears to be cosmetic only.
I'm interested in trading straight up for any other wooden N-Frame Square Butt grips you may have that are interesting to me. A clean set of service stocks might get preference...
Hoping the dark color of these grips is appealing to someone.
