trail boss custom

looking for recomendations to do a little customizing on 629-4 44 mag. trail boss. i aquired this gun a while back and have just pulled it out to do some practice. i noticed it has some cylinder movement when i pull up and down on it. also would like to change sights to v notch rear and tritium up front but it has non-pinned front. any thoughts on what i should be looking at to get this gun to the next level.
