I had a little left over from the super bowl and did not want it to age any more or spoil,
so I got it out to snack on during the Daytona 500.

Needless to say, it was very "Spreadable" and glad that I did not age it any more.

Nice to enjoy the top of the line but I will be going back to my Brie
and cheddar for a while, so I can buy groceries, again. :D

I also got a kick out of the 18 car, pile up at the end of the Daytona race and a dark hourse, crossing the line, first, by a nose.

When considering the cost of goodies like that, it is necessary to factor in the cost of a bypass surgery! Might still be worth it, though! :-)

Down here the Brie of choice is Velveeta-so much more versatile. Melt it for queso, serve it on a cracker with a smoked oyster and dill pickle slice, melt a piece over a piece of fried spam-endless possibilities. AND it doesn't have to be refrigerated.

Well we now know what prompted the invention of the Hurricane drink. The first one to kill the taste and the second to get the image out of your mind.

I will not knock Veeta.

I like it in a grilled cheese and in a omlet or at least ,
in getting the dogs to take their pills and med's.

My wife, likes Havartie, as her #1 cheese, for snacking.
