Trigger guard holster and clipdraw effects on cylilnder

One of the advantages to revolvers is that you are not stuck with the grip it comes with. You can find a grip that feels better, or fits you better, than stock. Especially if you have the LCR, it's been out long enough that there are options made for it. Obviously, there are many more options for the Smith, if you have one of those.

That said, I wouldn't trust THAT grip, or similar for anything beyond the few yards walk to my dumpster, or mail-box. There is just no security there....keeping it stable in the waist, preventing if from falling out, etc.
Better you roll with something like this, though I prefer their version in padded nylon:

You need not worry about any sort of cylinder wobble on any quality revolver. The holster, and tension from your waistband force it to stay locked into place. The parts which serve to 'lock' the cylinder into place also prevent back-and-forth movement.
