Hello,
I think about replacing the trigger of my 624 4" (smooth combat trigger, I guess .400) with the .500 target trigger.
I live in Germany and here it's nearly impossible to get any spare parts, esp those stainless triggers and hammers. As it happens, there is a deactivated 629 that belongs to my huntig association as a training gun for revolver handling. This one has a .500 trigger, but a target hammer that has been cut off at the front with the firing pin. Would it be possible to swap the triggers only as I would need to keep the hammer on my 624 ?
How about fitting ? For the training gun trigger characteristics don't matter, but I surely would like a working crisp trigger on the 624 (no problem to bring it to a gunsmith).
regards from Germany
Ulrich
