I recently acquired a 4566 with Trijicon night sights that need replacement. Has anyone had experience with Trijicon? I seem to recall reading in this forum that rather than replace the sights, Trijicon could merely replace the tritium inserts. Lastly, to anyone who has had the sights replaced entirely, will Trijicon perform this work?

Thanks in advance.

I've had 3 different 3rd gen's re-lamped in the last 2 years, and I'm getting ready to send a 4th. You ship the slide to Trijicon at your cost, and they charged me $19 per lamp($57), and they paid shipping back.

Download a form fr9m their site and send it in. Takes about 3 weeks or so. They told me they remove the sights to re-lamp them and clean under there, too.

Dead Trijicon sights on a used gun are an added incentive to buy. Less than $70 installed for new night sights are a good deal.

I spoke with customer service at Trijicon. Price of $19.00 per lamp, i.e. total of $57.00 to have front and rear sights re-lamped. Front sight only offered in green. Rear sight, depending on the model, may be ordered in green, yellow, or orange. You need only send in the slide as opposed to the entire firearm.

Thanks to all who replied.
