I bought a set of TFO sights for my Shield. I have installed them on many hand guns and I always tap them on with a plastic punch. I've never had a problem or messed one up. Well the front sight was being stubborn. I guess I wacked it too had and broke the tritium inside because the front sight didn't glow in the dark. I emailed TruGlo and explained my situation. In my email I asked if I could just purchase a front sight. They got back to me the next day with a RMA number. They asked me to send in the slide off of my gun and they would replace the insert in the front sight. All they asked of me was to send $12.50 for return shipping. They didn't even ask for a receipt. It took 10 days. That included the shipping time both ways.
I was ready to just purchase another sight, so it was a pleasant surprise to get it fixed for next to nothing.

Ditto to their customer service. I bought a used "Tru-Brite Dual recticle" sight, and when I put it on my son's 10-22, I noticed the bolt was stripped.

I emailed Truglo, they had me send a pic of the sight & bolt, and promptly sent me a free replacement.

Its nice to still get good customer service nowadays.

I installed the TFO sights on my M&P22 but I decided to drill and tap the front sight to secure it same as the factory sight. Bad idea because drilling broke the tritium sleeve (didn't know the anatomy). When I talked to Truglo and explained what I had done and told them it was certainly my fault and was prepared to pay for a replacement, they INSISTED that I return the damaged sight to them prior to issuing a replacement. Replacement can no problem but they charged $35.00 for it.
