Has anyone else watched this ten-episode series on Paramount+ ?
It's about the making of the movie "The Godfather". It's based on the experiences of Albert Ruddy, who won an Oscar for producing the movie. He also produced this mini-series.
I just finished watching it for the second time. Highly entertaining! It gives a lot of background details that most of us never knew. Now, I know that it's Hollywood, and sometimes some embellishment may occur, but I tend to believe that at least most of it is factual.
One of the most entertaining parts is that throughout the entire series, it seems like the movie isn't going to happen, even though we know that it did, and what a masterpiece it turned out to be. But there were so many things standing in the way, it really creates a feeling of tension. I think that it's a "must watch" for any fan of the movie, and I highly recommend it.
And it will make you want to watch the movie again, regardless of how many times you've already seen it!
