I purchased my IWB holster from Hidden Hybrid Holster, got it in the mail 7 days later (great turnaround ) and this thing is amazing, fits my shield like a glove and extremely comfortable!!! Also the Kydex stays open enough to be able to re-holster very easily.

I also ordered an Aliengear Holster the same day (heard many stories it may take a few holsters to find the right one). Their lead time is considerably longer 4 weeks, but the thing that interested me was the ability to change out the kydex to fit any other gun you may have, I chose one for my Shield and one for my Glock. I will update on the Aliengear holster after it arrives.

Friend of mine just bought the HH for a Shield, so I will be able to check it out. I ave been looking at the standard choices - SuperTuck, KingTuk, UltraTuck, etc and the like, but haven't really been able to make a decision. Part of me thinks a single clip type would be less detectable (dual clips on any belt scream concealed weapon to me), but not sure the single clip would secure the holster well enough...

I would think that a single belt clip would be much better if you were going to be taking it off and then putting it back on alot

If I know ahead of time that I will need to remove my holster and put it back on, I will grab a single over the belt clip kydex or a no-clip Sticky type holster. They are so easy to take off and on.

For me those types are not nearly as comfortable as a dual loop hybrid holsters are. Having to remove my holster while I am out and about is rare, so the hybrid is my first choice for all day wear.

I do like having options by having those other holster styles available when I need them.

I'm thinking I want one good holster for Open Carry. This will also serve as CC by wearing a long shirt or coat. The Holster does not change so this needs to be a good investment.

The only other CC Holster I need to consider is a tuckable holster. Tuckalble is a requirement for me.

I have an AlienGear hybrid (tuckable) and it is awesome...super comfortable.

The only other tuckable I'm considering is a single clip like a DeSantis Sof-Tuck or the Galco. The reason is it appears soft. It is tuckable. It offers an adjustalbe cant. It is inexpensive. Seems just what I want.

DeSantis Sof-Tuck - tuckable and adjustable cant.

Galco Tuck-N-Go - tuckable but fixed cant. I suspect making one or both bottom holes oblong where the clip attaches could make this an adjustable cant.

Sitting around the house I'm usually wearing sweats or elastic band shorts so wearing a holster really doesn't fit well. That's is why I want a quick on/off holster for short trips.
