UnBranded- Story of a Long Horse Ride

Here it is in a nutshell -
Four recent Tex A&M grads decide to ride Mustangs from Mexico to Canada.
The adopt BLM horses, then break and train.
Truck them over to the AZ - Mexico Border, let’s go to Canada!
Problems? You had better believe it!
Two horses died, several others had to be replaced.
Warning - there is an almost too frequent ongoing discussion of Wild Horses on public land.
Humor - a BLM Horse Guy brings out a Donkey.
The Donk is uncorporative and refuses to be led.
So they just turn him loose and yell let’s go Donkey!
Sort of reminded me of Shrek!

"Unbranded" -- Documentary on an epic Western trek on mustangs

It really was an interesting and compelling story, and the scenery was incredible.

I watched it a couple of months ago and really enjoyed it.

I don’t say these words that often-
I plan on watching it again.
So much interaction along the way, I need to see it again.
Like when that horse did the backward somersault and
Piles up down the hill-
I was thinking, oh man!
Somebody is gonna have to put that horse down.
These are Texas boys and of course they are all carrying.
That pony gets up, shakes it off, and climbs the hill by himself.
