I don't think Uncle Mikes were made for SB guns, please correct me if I'm wrong. I really like the look and feel of these grips. My question is, has anyone tried cutting these RB grips out inside to fit a SB gun?

Yes, I did it for a square butt model 10-5. I used a utility knife and went slowly and it eventually fit perfectly. I got the idea from someone on one of the forums, maybe this one.

It seems, just looking at the pics, that it would be fairly easy to do. Just cut the little piece that fits along the backstrap of a RB revo that is at the bottom backside of the grip. I'll give it a try.

Uncle Mike's did make these for a square butt frame.
They used the same mold design for both grips, only the round butt version had the "fence" in the lower rear corner and the square butt didn't so it would fit.

All you have to do to convert to square butt is use a sharp Exacto knife to cut out the fence "walls" at the bottom rear.

I am pretty sure I had to remove some rubber from the front as well as the bottom area in addition to the "fenced" area.
