This stuff is harder to find than MiniMags during the Great .22LR Ammo Hoarding Decade :) :

Either suppressors are really popular or CCI isn't making much of its suppressor ammo. :(

Have you tried Gunbrokers, They normally have everything, but your going to pay big time.. When I get my can I'm going to stick to SV. Seems like it works well for everyone on this sight.

My experience is the less bang from the ammo, the better a suppressed gun sounds. SV shot suppressed is much quieter than any HV so this variety should be quieter than SV. Question is, will the gun function as well with it... especially if used on a SBR 15-22?

If I can find some, I'll give it a try, however I have plenty of SV & Norma.

I just tried 2 types of ammo- host is 15-22 16" with Liberty Kodiak, with a good trigger. Remington subsonic 1050 fps according to factory, cycles the gun, "quieter" than HV, while CCI quiet 750 FPS according to factory, is much quieter than the rem subs, but, it will eject but not feed the next round. I have not seen the CCI suppressor loads, nor tried them, they are 250 fps faster than CCI quiet, they may cycle the 15-22 but will be louder than the CCI quiet, and prob less volume then the rem subs. After saying all that I paid the less for the quiet vs rem subs, both will kill small pests, just depends if you need to shoot more than "once". Be Safe.

Note I just checked GB, midway neither place lists CCI suppressor. While there also note that CCI subsonic is 1050 while sv is 1070 FPS both according to the box. Quiet is 710, and Suppressor is listed as 970fps. FYI Be Safe,

The CCI "Quiet" will not cycle my 15-22 or my Ruger Mk. III.

The CCI SV cycles both perfectly. It seems reasonably "suppressed," but if there is something better, I'd sure want a few hundred rounds.

I'd like to try someone's "suppressor" ammo, but I can't find any at any sort of reasonable price from any dealer. I did see one dealer with CCI Suppressor at 20 cents a round plus $20 to ship a box of it, and I simply passed on it. Crazy I may be, stupid I am not.

I have not tried the CCI subs as where I am in UK pretty much ANY CCI is like hens teeth.

I have however shot Remington Subs, Winchester super X Subs and Standard Velocity Eley target Eley Club, RWS Semi Auto, RWS Target, American Eagle HV and HVHP.

All have functioned fine with and without suppressor.

The subs I shot with rifle and suppressor straight out the box.

Had the odd fail to reset the hammer or the odd fail to load but overall they all worked fine.

Accuracy has been fairly consistent throughout as would be expected but as the question raised is about will it cycle, my experiences over the last 18months has been with or without the suppressor my MOE 16 inch barrel OEM trigger will eat any and all that it's fed.

I don't fixate on any one type of round, I shoot what I can get and enjoy every minute of it. I have tried the expensive lapua stuff and the cheap and nasty Remington.

Biggest noticeable thing was the Remington's when you could feel the difference with each shot but they all worked.

Bang bang bang. Brap Brap Brap.

Get some and shoot it. Whatever it may be.

Hope it helps

Rob.
