Well, the problem with such a test is that it doesn't mean much. If there were such a thing, there really wouldn't be much to prevent a person from lying. Politicians do it all the time, and they're under a certain amount of public scrutiny. The average Commie ********** would not be deterred in the least by such a test.
Practicality aside, I still maintain that those who don't believe in the rights fought for by the Founding Fathers don't deserve to come here and outvote those who do.
