Other than the lock and pinned barrel issue, I think they already make this revolver. Think they call it a M22.

It isn't stainless, either. It is about as close as you're going to get to your "wish gun", ie N frame, fixed sight , .45ACP with moonclips.

Make mine just like the old one! 41 mag. is fine. Blue or Stainless. I bet a 3" would sell well too! But I am afraid we will never see it, sadly!

How about an ammo company loading a practice load with a swc bullet at 800-850 fps? Are you listening Remington ad Winchester? I really want to shoot my 58!

Aloha,

I'll take mine with a 3" Mountain gun barrel and fixed sights,DAO and no hammer spur.
Great for CCW, or so I think.

Remember we don't have CCW here in Hawaii.

I want mine just like the original Model 58, but with a 5" barrel. Not too long and not too short-just right!

I will just keep my M58 with the way it is, I reload and do not have any complaints, bought it in 1974 and has been great every since then
