It's Winchesters bargain line. I've had many boxes filled with obviously USGI spec ammo. WCC-XX headstamp , crimped in primers ,

USA ammo is not connected to Winchester, I asked. Recently bought a bunch of it, reloads, so far, so good. 9mm & 38 special.

The new 9mm and 380 I ordered were shipped from Lewiston, Idaho. The 9mm was all Speer brass and the 380 was all Blazer brass. I think it's loaded using Speer facilities in Lewiston. Good ammo, I've had no problems with any I've used.
