If it ok to use "Gun Scrubber" Synthetic Safe Cleaner on the frames on the M&P pistol??

In a word yes. I have used most of the spray can cleaners on mine for three years or so. I think the synthetic thing is purely marketing for the most part to get more cash out of you. For mine they still look just like they left the factory.
