A member of my gun club asked about buying my Ultra Carry. It is around 10 years old with night sights. It has holster wear, it has 4 mags, 2 Kimber, 1 Wilson and one with a ball on the follower.

I have not shot it in years and don't carry it anymore.
I do shoot these other 2 a lot.

I'd check gunbroker for what they've been closing for, but my gut feel (and this is totally out of thin air!) is $600-750.

we just sold one for $650 OTD, same mags, was an ex PD gun, very nice shape(I would have owned it)

Thanks you guys. I think I will ask $750 and see what he says.

I have the box and papers and a never used cable lock that says Kimber!

He did approach me about it.

Are the series 1s better?

I will be throwing in a bunch of brass and I will let him use my Dillon 650 to help feed it.

The Series I is in higher demand. Due to the safety difference you can get lots of opinions.
It would be hard to get $750 in these parts. More like $650 here. But you have to consider this is not the urban capitol of the world.

I forgot to let you guys know how I made out with this Kimber.
I did a straight trade for this 340 SC with a Galco holster.

Seems like a great trade to me and this 357 is carried more than any of the others.
The recoil is not that bad with Speer 135gr GDSB. I think the air pocket on the back of the CT grips help a lot.
