Aloha,
Recently Samsung has had problems with their Note 7 smartphone.
We have been with Verizon for years.
We have gone thru Note 2, 3 and Note 5 phones.
Now we are on his and hers Note 7s.
The reason for us having so many different Note phones is because Verizon has always given us great deals to upgrade to new Note phones.
This time Verizon gave us $300 for each of our Note 5 AND a Free Samsung 256 gb micro sd card each(retail value $250).
None of our Note 7s burned, we did get New improved Note 7s on the first day they were available in the color we wanted.
I guess you can say that we are satisfied customers.
