Found these in the back of the gun cabinet. All boxes are full except the 22magnum which has 44 rounds in it and it is missing one end flap.

Any advice on how and where to find out how much are they worth? Thank you.

Yeah - the way .22LR is going - it's worth more to shoot than to look at.

Before the 22 shortage I was selling Super X boxes of that era for @ $8 a box, a brick of Remington like the one you have might bring $60 though I usually broke it down to single 50 rd boxes as they were easier to sell. You have to get a little further back for most 22 boxes to have any significant collector value.

In the current market of shortages they will probably still bring about the same amount or slightly more though more people will want it to shoot. I've shot up quite a few partial boxes and some of the rattier, scuffed up ones I had. Unless they've been subjected to really bad storage old ammo of this type is usually still accurate and reliable shooting stuff.

It is pretty sad, but I can reload and shoot 38 Special loads for less than buying .22's. I got a deal on commercial 158 gr lead bullets at a flea mkt. End cost box of 50-$3.48. The same flea mkt selling .22's, $6 a box. Bob
