I often wonder just how much time I have spend waiting for service men. Last year I needed warranty work done on my dishwasher. I called the company and they said he would be out the next day. No show. Called company and for sure he would be out the next day. No show. After 4 days back and forth found out that the service man they were trying to send out had been dead for 3 months. They just kept sending him a e mail to show up. Now waiting for fiber to be installed. Should have been done last Friday but service man didn't have equipment he needed so he would be back Saturday to finish. It is now Tuesday and no show. Guess I will have to call company to find out what is going on. Of course that means working my way through several people before I get one who knows anything. I am getting old and don't have time for all this BS

Well as Thought when I called I was passed around until I found someone who could help. He could pull up my records and said he would get ahold of the installers in this area and call me back. Never did call back and as sure as I leave to do some stuff they will came by and then say it was my fault because I was not here.

Something similar is why I don't have cable TV. If you cannot come on the customers schedule, then you obviously don't need their money.

I hate waiting for some guy to show up, and then get a call when he's 2 hours late saying he'll be there tomorrow.

The new thing in Reno is a time frame from 8-12 or 12-4pm
for them to show up.
Very seldom do they say 8am or 10am ia a show up time, hellow !!
Don't they have a sechedule of the days appointments?

If they don't have the right parts and have to come back, I sure hope they don't keep the meter running.
Getting good help is one of the main problems today as well as a company
that stands by the price quoted over the phone and no add on's or extra fees, tacked on at the end of the job.

Honest companies are a hard thing to find, now , that you can trust and know
that you are getting a square deal and a warranty on their work.
