Walther P22 magazines

I have a Walther P22. Will the Walther P22Q currently available work in the older P22?

I've used the ones Midway sells in mine and they work fine. I think the only difference is the finger rest floorplate.

Thanks Shotguncoach. I bought some Walther P22Qs from Brownells and they work great. I like the finger rest.
