The law states that a violation of this new statute is a class 3 misdemeanor which means an arrest is possible. No one was ticketed, arrested or even spoken to by law enforcement. What's especially interesting is that even possessing these magazines in Denver is a violation of a city of Denver law already in place for several years.

Well all I can hope for is that the people of CO continue to work hard to overturn these Knee Jerk *** Laws. I wish I could have participated in your demonstration today. At the least I am doing what I can, Member of RMGO, supporting the Sheriffs Lawsuit, Sending letters to "My" Congressman, and I will help vote them out in the Recall elections!
