I have a 586 no-dash that was aftermarket drilled and tapped for the Leupold scope base, would have been the 34297, although I'm pretty sure the 50075 is the same. I no longer have the base, but have a spare red dot I would like to throw on the gun to play around with, and would prefer to go with a weaver or picatinny style rail.

Anything out there that would work with this gun and this hole spacing? I know the mounts for the factory d&t guns are different, meaning I'd have to redrill and counterbore holes at a minimum, and if I'm going through all that I might as well just buy a piece of blank picatinny rail and machine the rest myself.

There are two different Leupold bases with different hole patterns.
If you had this rail, you're GTG. Can use a Weigand rail:

The dog bone shaped one has different pattern and you would need to have the rail drilled to fit it. Simple job for any competent machinist/gunsmith.

There may be a stock rail drilled for this pattern, but I've never seen one.
