Damn, that looks good. Unfortunately, my wife can't stand cabbage.

Can't get it down here & I miss it !!!

I'm making glazed corned beef and cabbage ala S&WChad just so I can have leftovers for tomorrow....I didn't have bourbon though, so I used Canadian Club. We shall see.....

Got an early start, have been eating corned beef and cabbage, while reading this post.

Since I'm Scotch-Irish, it'll be my usual: thorns, thistles & briers served on a bed of nettles...

I would say corn beef and cabbage, but I think we ate it all up last week! Dont know what the wife will do today.

I must have missed when the recipe was posted.

I wonder if dixiegirl has a corned beef recipe...

Picked up grocery last night and got corn beef hash and eggs no cabbage thought.

Have a good meal and enjoy

A guy from Ky and no bourbon hard to believed. I lived outside of Bardstown for 5 years

Corned beef & Brussels sprouts. (taste like cabbage, but don't get mushy)

I had a burger and some fries for lunch from the hospital cafeteria (yech). We were so busy that the only supper I got was a handful of chips from my hot tech. Left home at 0915 and got back about 2330. This is my 6th consecutive 12.5hr shift, so there's nothing left edible in the fridge and I don't have the energy to open a can -- I thought briefly about Merlot's dog food bowl. . .

Retirement is really great.

I sincerely hope that all of ya'll have heart attacks or least severe indigestion.
