What Are Your Essential J Frame Mods?

This was my main EDC and served me well. It has been retired for a Sig 365 which is easier for me to carry IWB. Not to mention the 11 rounds vs 5. I never thought I would switch out a J for a semi but once I tried the Sig, there was no looking back. I modified the 360 with a Apex spring kit. It lightened the trigger slightly but really smoothed out the DA pull. Lets say firing my carry load of 125g Federals gets your attention!

Modification of the grip to suit you is a safe bet.
Internal spring kits can cause light strikes so would avoid on a defensive gun until throughly tested and know to work 100%
That's it.
My pet J's are square butt and while it does decrease concealment I find a squeeze butt and a T grip the prefect combo for me.
I would want a grip that gets along with speedloaders but also carry speed strips as well.

I did a spring kit on m 442-1 and a Hogue grip. Still fits in my pocket in a
Mika holster. Very smooth trigger pull still about 9 lbs, which is ok.
Or I carry a Sig P365 in a Mikes #3.

Uncle Mike's boot grips cure the speechloader hangup. Red paint on front sight. Lots of practice ammo. Galco horsehide pocket holster. Speed strips.
